This image of the Holy Tor of Avalon enfolded in a Rose came to me in a vision. In Avalon, I have a spot where I sit and rest on a bench when I am walking home, it faces West, one afternoon in late summer I sat down to take in the view and contemplate my surroundings, there was a soft breeze, reminding me to relax and trust, that something much bigger was at work in my life, and to let go, and open to actually feeling the energy of grace as a gift on the Breeze, and then came the Vision so vivid and clear of the Rose and the Holy Tor. Like the Tor is this apex of undulating energy that you can feel in waves vibrating out across the mystical landscape of Avalon.

This was close to the time of year that is also the Lions Gate, I felt the Christed energies of the Lions Gate open above the Tor and dance with the mysterious energies of the elementals. All aspects vibrating on different harmonic levels creating a living Labyrinth, made of stone, light, water and magic.

Nature is always speaking to us, sharing her long continuous symphony of loving , of change transformation and evolution. To access the Gaian mind set of the earth is a blessing. Remember to give yourself time to deeply listen, receive and be present with the natural world around us.

Affirmation:

It is safe to let go and be present.

I let nature guide me into a graceful trance.

I harmonize my Heart as the cosmic and elemental worlds open.

The medicine of the Earth is all around me.

I am the mystery, and the mystery is me.
